Why Media?
Hebrew 1:1 says that in the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways. Our God is great and brilliant Media Person who communicated His thoughts to all humanity and related to humanity through different people throughout the history from its origin. And God wants us to be His medium to express the inexpressible and His voice to the voiceless so that there could be real transformation.
This is the age where our younger generation are consuming so much of digital content through various social media platforms. Their brain development process is almost controlled by the digital world and AI technologies and that actually is enslaving their thoughts process and resulting in behavioural problems in the family and in communites. Navigating their activities in digital social platform is very essential. We cannot ignore the fact that if they are not familiar with the digital and AI technologies, they would beomce blunt and dull, however, navigating and controlling their misuse of it will lead them to astray from God and His purpose in life.
So, we prayerfully have come up with the mission to reflect God through ethical, good and entertaining content in social platforms so that they would shape their spiritual, emotional and mental growth.

Our Team
Meet the brain behind Vision, Mr. Heman Rai, Pastor of Kathmandu Valley Community Church, Nakkhu Kathmandu, Nepal.
He served God in Qatar Nepali Christian Fellowship (then), now it is Qatar International Christian Ministry (QICM) – Qatar for five (2001-2005) years in leading Church in worship and teaching. His major role was to gather the disciples, train them as worshiper, teaching them to be able to lead worship. He was designated to plan for the gospel program among the Nepali people living and working in the cities of Qatar. He also editted Christian monthly magazine ‘Corner Stone’ during his service in Qatar for five years.
UAE (Dubai): He served God in Dubai Nepali Christian Fellowship (DNCF) – Dubai UAE as an Elder for five years (2009-2014). He was ordained in Dubai as Pastor/Elder. His major role was to look after the teaching and training department. He organize, train, empower and equip laity for Church growth and release them in their potential to practice leadership roles in their respective gifts and abilities.
He returned back to home country Nepal in November 2014 and be with family and started his Pastoral Ministry in Kathmandu Valley Community Church till now. However, he has handed over the overal shepherding role to his co-pastor fully and he is taking care of Church’s education and training department.
He holds Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, did business & media course. Currently, he is living with his wife Tina Subba who passionately handles Administration and social media handling in this ministry.
He is God-fearing, God-honoring media enthusiast with long experience in Cinematography and Drone Piloting. He is the deacon of wel-renowned Church, Hyssop Church in Dharan City, East Nepal. He is a talented friend whose cinematography and drone piloting skills elevate our media ministry’s video content to new heights. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing breathtaking visuals, Reuben’s contributions bring a dynamic and captivating dimension to our projects. His expertise not only enhances the quality of our content but also helps us tell our story with greater impact and creativity. He is currently doing his M.Div. (Master of Divinity) course and living with his wife and young daughter.
He is God-loving, God-fearing, humble and dedicated person to make the difference in all he does. He is is passionate in Film-making, focusing on cinematography, sound and visual editing. He supervises all the audio/video quality we create and publish to the digital platforms. He is a pastor of Bijaya Church Lalitpur. He holds Master of Arts in Organizatinal Leadership and currently doing his Master of Divinity. He is living with his beautiful wife Sarita, cute duaghter Nerius and father at Bhaisepati-Kathmandu Nepal.
She is creative and passionate in detailed workflow in the office and admin work. Attention to result and a commitment to quality in all communications. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Her role combines administrative efficiency with digital savvy, making it essential for advancing our mission in today’s digital age.
She is trained in her related field with many years of work experience.

Despite his busy schedule, Bijay’s unwavering commitment to our cause shines through in every project he touches. His deep passion for media and community, combined with the support of his loving family, infuses our initiatives with warmth and perspective. Bijay’s ability to harmonize his personal and professional life while contributing to our mission is a testament to his generosity to the vision of thie ministry.
Meet Shakshi Sherpa, a remarkable young woman who balances her growing career and studies abroad while passionately supporting our Media Ministry. At this very young age, she seamlessly juggles her academic pursuits and professional endeavors with her role as a dedicated media supporter. Her unique blend of global perspective and hands-on experience enriches our media outreach, bringing fresh, innovative insights to our projects. Despite her busy schedule, Shakshi’s commitment to enhancing our media presence and connecting with diverse audiences exemplifies her exceptional talent and dedication.
