Parents are having hard times navigating their Children abusive amount of using mobile phones. They even can’t navigate the content their children are consuming from digital platform and social media. At the very early age of their children, they provide them mobile thinking that they will be free from unnecessary attention to the kids. However, the same becomes so toxic habit that they can’t navigate later and solve the problem their children facing and creating nuisance to their family.
Young adults are becoming slaves of this digital platform and social media. They are not being able to master their time and the use of mobile phone and surfing to the internet. It seems very difficult to break this habit but not impossible.

- Community Engagement: Join online faith communities or virtual religious services. These platforms can provide support and connection, especially when in-person gatherings are not possible. However, do this with the advice of your Church pastors, family elders, or Church leaders so that you may not fall into the online entrap of false doctrine or practices.
- Digital Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness in your digital interactions. Share positive and uplifting content, and be respectful and compassionate in online discussions. Always know who you are in Christ or ask this question, “What would Jesus Do?”
- Reflect and Recharge: Regularly disconnect from technology to reflect on your spiritual journey. Use this time for prayer, meditation, or simply being present in the moment.
- Choose your Mentor: Always choose your mentor who can be with you in time of confuse and chaos. Ask him or her whenever you feel you need to have someone. Be open to your mentor and be guided by him/her.
